About

The University of California Fetal Consortium (UCfC) was founded in 2012 as a cross-campus collaboration of faculty who shared a vision for providing multidisciplinary care for complex pregnancies and high-risk fetuses and neonates.

Our group shares a belief that multidisciplinary antenatal, perinatal, and neonatal care minimizes the deleterious impacts on the mother, fetus, and neonate from complex, resource-intensive pregnancy complications.

We are a multidisciplinary collaboration among the 5 UC Medical Centers: UC Davis, UC Irvine, UC Los Angeles, UC San Diego, and UC San Francisco

Our Mission: Optimizing maternal/fetal and neonatal outcomes for all families through collaborative scholarship, shared expertise, and the identification and implementation of best practices
